Starting last January, we embarked on a holistic health journey which began with us only serving meats that were all-natural. That meant GRASS-FED BEEF and HORMONE/ANTIBIOTIC FREE POULTRY AND PORK. Then we expanded to include only SUSTAINABLY SOURCED FISH AND SEAFOOD. From there we expanded our wine list to include ORGANIC AND BIODYNAMIC WINES. And finally, we are pleased to share with you that we are now serving ORGANIC VEGETABLES AND PRODUCE.
