Since January 2013, we embarked on a journey towards establishing Long Island's first Organic Restaurant. We began by offering our guests strictly all-natural (without hormones & antibiotics)meats - grass-fed beef, pasture raised lamb, truly pasture raised free range poultry and Berkshire Heritage pork - and soon expanded to serve only sustainably sourced fish and seafood, only organic produce, eggs, butter & milk from pasture raised cows. We also eliminated use of our deep fryer. Since June of 2014 we also banned soda from our restaurant.
We are pleased to offer boutique/esoteric wines including organic and bio-dynamic wines, to our extensive selection.
For us, the transition we made is personal. We have a strong commitment to keeping our family and our community healthy and our planet vibrant. WE BELIEVE WE CAN HEAL THE PLANET WITH WHAT WE PUT ON OUR PLATE.
