Beginning in January 2013, West East Bistro embarked on a holistic health journey unique to the local restaurant industry. We shifted our menu to offer our guests strictly all-natural meats - grass-fed beef and hormone and antibiotic free poultry and pork - and soon expanded to serve only sustainably sourced fish and seafood, only organic produce, pastured eggs and butter and we even eliminated use of our deep fryer and soda from our bar. With an emphasis on quality wine, we are pleased to offer boutique wines including organic and biodynamic wines to our extensive selection. For us, the transition we made with West East Bistro is personal. We have a strong commitment to keeping our family and our community healthy and our planet vibrant.
